Scope of Work
The Works mainly comprise of the following but are not limited to :
Buildings:
- Academic Buildings T1 to T12 including connecting Bridges and Shelters.
- Learning Resources Center – L
- College Administration Building – A
- Communal Facilities Buildings C1, C2, C3, CS and E including Shelters.
- Substations SS-1 and SS-2
- Bus coordinators/Students/Drivers Waiting Rooms WT-1, 2 and 3.
- Guard Houses GH-1 to GH-7
External Works:
- Large quantity of Earthworks in fill apart from foundation related earthworks.
- Soft and Hard Landscaping including Roads and car parks.
- Various structures like 1 no. elevated water reservoir, underground Irrigation water tank, car park canopies and space frame.
- External mechanical works.
- External electrical works.
The total built-up area for all buildings and the area for external works are approximately 96,600m2 and 206,400m2 respectively.
Connecting Bridge:
Superstructure and Electro-mechanical services of the connecting bridge link between the female and male campus are Not in Contract.
Columns of the connecting bridge link on grids B7 and B8, including their footings, related sub-structures and earthworks shall be included in the Female Campus contract. Structural work to these columns (B7 and B8) shall be stopped at a level above ground as detailed in structural drawings.
All electrical and mechanical services for the connecting bridge link, supplied from the Female Campus shall be capped off at the nearest location of connecting bridge at the female campus second floor end, for the connection on completion of the construction of the connecting bridge link at a later date by others.
Work under this Contract shall include:
Maintenance of all the works for two years from the Date of Substantial Completion.
