Practicing our Activity in building & construction field resulted in an amount of contracts completed valued at US$ 131 million.
Projects completed in this field covered the divergent sides of university faculties, housing schemes, public buildings, and those for athletic purposes, and mosques.
In all works executed, the company has always been careful to implement the recent trends in building styles and advanced types of machinery & equipment to reach the highest standard of perfection attainable.
Herein reference to some of the projects achieved in every side of this field. As for university faculties, those of education, commerce & planning & dentistry belonging to El Kuwait University were completed in Khaldiya, the Staff residence and office building of the same university in Shuwaikh. Also completed radiation unit building for the faculty of science (Kuwait University)
Carrying out housing schemes is of vital importance to fulfill the ever-increasing demand for it. 257 housing scheme in Qurain Area and, works completed by the company. In the environs and new cities rehabilitation we could bear a considerable part in executing housing projects
Again, in the field of public buildings, many projects were achieved as Radiation Unit Building in Faculty of Science, Kuwait Municipality Building, Headquarters Building for Kuwait chamber of commerce & Industries, Headquarters Building and Simulator Building of Kuwait Airways (Kuwait City).
Schemes and similar works were achieved in the housing project for Kuwait transportation authority in Sabhan
In addition to completion of Dubhaiya Resort. As for athletic buildings, the company has an incomparable achievement namely; Swimming Pool at Staff Club at Shuwaikh belongs to Kuwait University.
.. The Company had carried out many renovation projects for various building after liberation in 1991 in State of Kuwait, such as Bayan Palace, Repair, Renovation & Reconstruction of Al Sdeek School to be Headquarter of Ministry of Internal Affairs, Renovation of Police Stations and jails.
