Providing public utilities works is undoubtedly of great importance for being closely related to rehabilitation movement. Contracts completed by the company in this sphere valued at US$. 30 million.
We have an entire interest in the public utilities works whether it is improvement, renewal, replacement or completely building new projects in sewage area, water supply. The company has a wide scale contribution in executing sewage plants. This is clearly shown in our participation in one of the huge sewage projects namely, Rikka Treatment plant project.
Supplying water is the second branch of our activity in public utilities field; projects executed in this area are so many, but here is reference only to some of them as water ground tank built at Mutla Area with a capacity of 15 million imperial gallon, 6 ground reservoirs for fresh & brackish water with ancillary works at west Funaitees, 10 Nos. of water towers for fresh & brackish water at South Jahra and South Dohe Residential Areas With Ancillary Works and Under ground reservoirs for fresh water with a capacity of 50 million imperial gallons AT Azzour Water Distribution Complex which in progress.
The Company had executed Coastguard Headquarters and Facilities At Fintas, which is the largest national Kuwaiti ongoing project, which comprising onshore and offshore activities. The works include buildings, infrastructure utilities, dredging, breakwaters, fixed and floating piers and the shipyard maintenance area, comprising ship-Iift and slip-way complete systems together with the necessary transfer railing and maintenance facilities. The project took 3 years, to be completed in 2002.
