Scope of Work
The project comprises the construction completion, testing handing over and maintenance of Kuwait chamber building the said building consist of:
– Basement level (6900 m2) that contains the car parking area water tanks, pumps area and high tension / low tension power area.
– Ground level (6000 m2) the main Entrance Registration hall, library and conference hall.
– 1st level to podium level (3100 m2) contains tenant area, and service area
– 5th level to 7th levels are tenonts Areas (1270 m2)
– 8th level to 14th levels are office areas (1290 m2)
– 15th level is Restaurant area.
– 16th level to 17th level is utility area and steel sail
The work includes the civil, Architectural and Electro – Mechanical works.
