Scope of Work
The Project consists of construction, completion and maintenance of 257 housing units with its ancillary Works which included roads, parking areas, paving, landscaping, fencing, external services and security system.
Work included foundations, structures skeleton, finishing, plumbing, electromechanical, infrastructure, (storm water lines, sewage network, water supply, telephones…etc.) works.
