Scope of Work
This Contract comprises the construction, completion and maintenance of the Police College spread over 33 hectares (330,000m2) of area at Mubarakiya outside Kuwait City, next to the existing Police Academy.
The works shall include but not limited to the following:

- Sports Quad./Multipurpose Hall and Swimming Pool
- Auditorium
- Dining Hall
- Mosque, Minaret and Ramp
- Library
Rope Buildings
- Administration/Academy Administration
- Administration/College Administration
- Academic Quad/Class Rooms
- Dormitory Buildings
- Administration/Administrative Social Facility
- Pistol Range and Class Room
- Central Plant and Underground Reservoirs
External Works
- Sports Fields and Bleachers
- Parade Ground and Bleachers
- Mock (Combat) Training Village and Training Tower
- Obstacle Training Area
- Wood Court
- Work Berm
- Water Tower
- Main Entrance
- Cadet/Service Entrance.
- Guard Stations
- Underground LPG Storage and Filling Facility
- Link between Police College and existing Police Academy
- External Works like Earthwork and Pavements, Walls, Landscape works, External electrical works and External mechanical works

Total Excavation Work: 150,000 m3 Total Backfilling Work: 380,000 m3
Total Concrete Work: 143,000 m3 Total Reinforcement Work: 16,000 Ton
