Scope of Work
This Contract comprises of the Design ,Construction and Maintenance of New Awards Building At Adan Hospital
The works shall include but not limited to the following:
The Total Capacity: 240 Beds
Total Build-up Area:
The Hospital Main Building: 13,619.50 m2
The Utilities Building: 1835.6 m2
The hospital main building consists of Basement, Clinics, Pharmacy, Patients Records, Utility Room ,Ground Floor
Six Floors
The utilities building consist of:
Hexagonal Electricity Generator ,Gas Station ,Water Pumps & Storage Tanks, Fuel Storage Tanks
Curtain wall (Glass, Aluminum) will be applied to Façade
Cables & Pipeline Network Laying
Fire Fighting Pumps, Tanks , and Sprinkler System ,3 Electricity Generators (1500 KVA Each )
