Scope of Work
This Contract comprises of the Construction and maintenance of (9) Nos. R.C. Towers for fresh water and annexed works at Sabah El-Ahmed City including all internal and external piping and all required connections to the existing pipe lines and asphalting roads.
The works shall include but not limited to the following:
- Construction of (9) Nos. R.C. Towers for fresh water.
- Excavation and Cast in site of 40 No. Reinforced concrete valve chambers.
- Excavation and Cast in site of 20 No. Reinforced concrete Thrust Blocks.
- Electrical And Control Building.
- Guard House Building.
- Pump Room Building.
- Sub-station Building.
- Asphaltic Roads & Landscaping.
- Boundary Wall
- D.I Pipe & Drainage Pipe Works.
- Electrical , Mechanical & T.I.C Works.
